Stone House Master Plan

This Program is the prelude to design and intends to identify site needs and architectural spaces desired and their relationship to one another. The Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for the rehabilitation, renovation and addition project is approximately $2.64M. This amount includes all site and architectural work for the existing Stone House plus the +/-720 s.f. addition.
